We are preparing for a busy 2026 season and are looking to expand our Paving division, and are currently looking for: paver operator, raker men, roller operators and labourers.

Duties:

• Ability to perform layout and set up of mats
• Communicate with the foreman on a regular basis
• Familiar with maintenance procedures on asphalt equipment.
• Ability to perform tasks such as raking, rolling and skid steer work as needed.
• Must be willing to work long hours in all weather conditions/ Extreme heat.

Experience:

• 2-5 years experience in paving industry preferred
.
• Previous experience in parking lots, highways and roadways.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
